How Am I Charged for OBS?

Object Storage Service (OBS) is charged in pay-per-use or monthly/yearly subscription mode. For details about the service fee, see Object Storage Service Purchase Guide.

Introduction to the Pay-Per-Use Mode

OBS is charged in pay-per-use mode by default, based on actual service duration (in hours), without consumption threshold. In this charging mode, the settlement involves three charging items in total, as listed in Table 1:

Introduction to the Monthly/Yearly Subscription Mode

In addition, OBS can also be charged in monthly/yearly subscription mode. You can purchase a monthly or yearly package according to your resource usage and duration plan. Table 2 lists the charging details.

Packages of different specifications differ in pricing. By default, each package contains a quota of free requests. If your number of requests exceeds the default and free quota offered by the storage pack, the excess requests are charged in pay-per-use mode.
